Car and Motorcycle Parking Rates

Cars

• Free parking for the first 15 minutes
• First 2 hours: 30 THB (20 THB for each additional hour)
  • Free 3 hours of parking with a minimum spending of 500 THB (20 THB for each additional hour)
  • Free 6 hours of parking with a minimum spending of 2,000 THB (20 THB for each additional hour)

Motorcycles and Big Bikes

• Free parking for the first 15 minutes (Motorcycles only)
• First 2 hours: Motorcycle 15 THB, Big Bike 30 THB (Additional hours: Motorcycle 10 THB/hour, Big Bike 20 THB/hour)
  • Free 3 hours of parking with a minimum spending of 500 THB (Additional hours: Motorcycle 10 THB/hour, Big Bike 20 THB/hour)
  • Free 6 hours of parking with a minimum spending of 2,000 THB (Additional hours: Motorcycle 10 THB/hour, Big Bike 20 THB/hour)

No parking fee from 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

• For single receipts of 4,000 THB or more spent in the center (receipts cannot be combined):
• Can be split to provide parking discounts for other vehicles, granting free parking for every 2,000 THB spent (fractions of 2,000 THB are not calculated).

After 9:30 PM (You can present receipts for parking discounts at the counter on 2nd Floor, Zone B) near the parking entrance/exit, opposite DUNKIN' DONUTS.

Parking Fee Conditions

1. Receipts eligible for E-Stamp to receive free parking hours must be from purchases made within MBK Center in the form of an abbreviated receipt or a tax invoice issued to an individual/company. The receipt/bill must be machine-printed, featuring the store's format, and clearly stating the branch name. For the Food Legends by MBK food court, it must be a Receipt Tax Invoice or abbreviated tax invoice issued on the same day of purchase.
2. Receipts not eligible for E-Stamp include: Cash bills in all cases (handwritten cash bills with rubber store stamps, cash bills attached to name cards), copies of payment receipts, copies of receipts, delivery receipts, electronic money transfer slips, financial transaction receipts, online purchase receipts, and all types of top-up receipts.
3. All receipts redeemed for an E-Stamp must be stamped. They cannot be reused to claim additional E-Stamp parking privileges, and any remaining balance on the receipt cannot be used to claim E-Stamps for other vehicles.
4. 1 vehicle can receive only 1 E-Stamp free parking privilege from receipt discounts.
5. Receipts must be from the customer's own spending. Receipts from other customers cannot be used to claim E-Stamp parking discounts.
6. Tenants and store employees cannot use receipts from their own stores to claim E-Stamp discounts.
7. In the event of a violation of the terms and conditions by using another person's receipt or a receipt not from one's own spending to claim privileges, the Company reserves the right to recall the privilege or impose a fine of 10 times the value of the damage.
8. The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the rules, conditions, terms, duration, and benefits of this promotional campaign with 7 days advance notice before taking effect, unless there is a necessary reason that prevents advance notice. In case of any dispute, the Company's decision is final.
